Concentric provides customers with a wide assortment of frac pack equipment options including high-pressure, integral 2", 3" and 4" choke and squeeze manifolds, Coflex hose and connecting iron. Personnel assigned to each frac pack completion job utilize collective knowledge and first-hand experience to provide customers with safe, dependable equipment solutions.
Concentric operates four manifold systems - the Gen I - Dual Choke Reverse Out, Gen II - Single Choke Manifold, Gen II - Dual Choke Manifold and the Generation III Remote-Controlled Frac Manifold. For each system, Concentric assigns its own, fully certified personnel to build out and test the system, ensuring safe, optimal performance on your jobsite.
The new manifold system, the Generation III Remote-Controlled Frac Manifold (Generational III) consists of an Auto choke, remote panel for operators to safely interface with the choke manifold skid. The remote panel contains pressure indications, valve position indication, valve functioning, a touchscreen, system back-up batteries, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), pump controls, jog controls and other notable features.
Concentric has numerous containers ready for use — including Coflex, tubing and tool baskets of various sizes.
Concentric's restraint system is an easily modifiable system designed to provide damage control for personnel and assets. The system adds an additional level of safety to high-pressure pumping operations and has been credited with saving several lives since its introduction into the market.
